This indicates that special terms for Apna Bazar LLC Corporate Services customers are contained at the end of this Agreement, and, where applicable, those terms supplement or, to the degree that they are inconsistent, supersede these terms. Your use of the Apna Bazar LLC Service and the Website composes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth ahead.
If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, do not use the Website or the Apna Bazar LLC Services.

You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the website and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions. The Company make best efforts to display available products, including in respect of their colour, size, shape and appearance, as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour, size, shape and appearance may have variations from the depiction on your mobile/computer screen.
The Company does not make any representation or warranties in respect of the products available on the Marketplace nor does the Company implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products on the Marketplace. Apna Bazar Grocery LLC does not have any control over the quality, failure to provide or any other aspect whatsoever of the product(s) and is not responsible for damages or delays on account of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.We appreciate choosing Apna Bazar Grocery Service. We also appreciate your efforts to stay with us and we would like to assure you that your grocery needs are fulfilled through Apna Bazar Grocery. Our team works consistantly to ensure we provide the best available products to you and our associates try their best to reach you in the fastest manner possible.
Please note, that we might reach you through phone/email during
order fulfillment to ask for replacement of items in case of unavailability of
the item. We expect you to kindly respond and make every effort to answer our
call/email for a speedy order processing. We would appreciate if clients any
mode of contact such as call, text or email for expected delivery time instead
of calling our helpline or in any given situation where assistance is needed.
Delivery times are highly dependent on volumes, and traffic situations and we
do our best to deliver orders within our prescribed time frame. Our delivery
team may OR may not call you so please be sure to designate a pick-up person OR
have someone answer the door when our delivery associates come by. In case of
no receiver or no-show during delivery authorizes our delivery associates for a
drop-off the order or bring it back.
Images of the products provided on the website may differ slightly from actual products depending on current importing source.
Prices on the products may vary or may be lesser than the website prices. We recommend not using the service if one has any inconvenience or issue with it.
The product would be delivered to the shipping address specified by you. If in case, any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by you (e.g. providing the wrong name or address or other incorrect/misleading information), additional charges of up to 25% of the order total shall be borne by you. We will not be held responsible if the package is returned due to missing or wrong information or returned by front desk/security/concierge at the delivery address, with the exception of ZIP/PIN codes which we offer to provide on your behalf.
RETURN & REFUNDS
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Apnabazargrocery.com to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. If you’re unsatisfied please email us within 24-48 hours after receiving the merchandising to email@example.com with original packaging and invoice. If a customer receives the wrong merchandise (our mistake), we will ship you the correct item at no extra cost after receiving the wrong merchandise back or we would issue a refund check if the product is unavailable. The wrong merchandise can be returned to us at our cost. Always contact customer service to clarify the process prior to returning any item of merchandise. For Customer Service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Ultimate decision regarding return and refunds will be solely done by Apna Bazar Grocery considering customers' end.
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase or Reward Points which makes it easier to track the refunds since they are reflected instantly to your account. Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your payment card statement under the name APNA BAZAR GROCERY LLC. If for some reason you don’t see the refund please send us an email and we will investigate the reason for delay. Please note delays in processing of such refunds are subject to issuer banks and processors like VISA, MasterCard, etc.
